TeleCARE : Voice Mail System

TeleCARE is an answer to all your communication hassels in one simple package by offering you a telephonist to receive and transfer calls, a secretary to screen calls, take and convey messages, and a personlised advertising medium for your products and services. It is available in 2 models that include with features for practical use and easy installation to suit the businesses of all sizes.

How it works?

Your company's existing phone line are connected to your PABX or keyphone system. 4 new single line extensions from your PBX a Keyphone system are require to connect to the TeleCARE Voice Mail System (4 each card). In this simple configuration, TeleCARE can handle 4 calls(4 ports) simultaneously. The number of ports for the voice mail system will very much depending on the number of available ISA slots in your computer. The system can handle up to 6 TeleCARE voice cards, ie. 24 ports.When there is an incoming call, the calls can be wither answered by the operator or by TeleCARE Voice Mail. The call is then routed to the respective extension. If the call is not answered at the extension, the caller can opt to be re-routed to the operator or to the personal mailbox to leave a message.

There are two type of models, the TeleCARE Business Voice Mail and theTeleCARE Advanced Business Voice Mail.
